We have nine permanent coating heads that can be freely swapped out according to the nature of the liquid, whether it is low viscosity, high viscosity, sticky, or non-sticky.

A floating-type dryer for efficient drying!

The dryer's nozzle design adopts a floating system, allowing drying without unnecessary tension on the substrate by floating it during the process.

Permanently installed UV irradiators for UV coating and lamination experiments!

Each drying and lamination outlet has a permanently installed UV irradiation device.
This allows for standard UV coatings as well as bonding with UV adhesives.

Line speed of up to 100 m/min!
Production machines can also be validated!

The line speed reaches a maximum of 100 m/min, enabling production machine-level speed for coating validations.
