Full-axis drive allows for flexible vertical magnification adjustment!
The pair of clip units on each side are individually controlled by servo motors.
This allows for flexible speed control within the stretching zone, enabling vertical magnification settings in 0.01x increments via touch panel input.
Full-axis drive enables vertical shrinkage settings!
With individual full-axis drive control, vertical shrinkage, which was previously difficult to set, is now possible.
By reducing the clip speed in the vertical direction while stretching horizontally, vertical stress during horizontal stretching can be alleviated.
Compact furnace body for installation in laboratories!
While traditional simultaneous biaxial stretching equipment required large clip transport mechanisms and production-level installation space, this equipment adopts a special drive method, resulting in a very compact furnace body.

The wide specification range allows for extensive test coverage, from batch tests with small amounts of base material to full product winding from unwinding to take-up.
